Absolutely! All our pickles and preservative-free foods are homemade in small batches using time-honored methods, hand-pounded spices, and wood-pressed oils — bringing you a truly authentic taste.

2. Do you use preservatives or artificial additives?

Never. Our products are 100% natural, made without any preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors. We stick to traditional recipes that prioritize purity and flavor.

3. What’s the best way to store the pickles?

Keep the jars in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or moisture. Always use a clean, dry spoon to prevent spoilage. Refrigeration is not required unless mentioned on the label.

4. How long do your pickles stay fresh?

Thanks to our traditional preservation methods, our pickles stay fresh for 6 to 12 months or even longer when stored properly. Always check the packaging for best-before dates.

5. Do you deliver all over India?

Yes! We offer pan-India delivery, so you can enjoy the taste of tradition wherever you are in the country.

6. How long does delivery usually take?

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days
    Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer depending on logistics.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! For now, we only ship within India.

8. What payment options are available?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and major digital wallets — all through secure and trusted payment gateways.

9. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as we begin preparing fresh batches immediately.

10. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Since our products are homemade and perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right.

11. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is shipped. You can use it to monitor your delivery in real-time.
